Our success stories
Teleconsultation for all
Strategy to deploy a B2C teleconsultation activity in France and in the EU
Starting a medical teleconsultation in France with a B2C model is a project fraught with difficulties, starting with the process of dealing with regulations and the limits inherent in performing medical procedures. To guide them through this labyrinth and identify the scope of possibilities for their business model and its launch strategy, this start-up called upon OpusLine.
In order to enable our client to respect their imperative of a rapid launch, we conducted a market analysis integrating strategic and regulatory criteria punctuated by frequent phases of selection and prioritisation of opportunities to be dealt with in-depth. On the French market, we mobilised our network to meet key players and initiate decisive exchanges in a market still in full restructuring. The rapid mobilisation of experts and decision-makers as well as our dynamics of iteration allowed us to build together, as quickly as was possible, the scenario of optimal launch of the service, allowing at the same time to profit from the best conditions for go-to-market and for addressing high-potential market segments.

Digital Helping workplace medicine
Deployment strategy for a new digital service in occupational health
A deficit of doctors that threatens the sustainability of the French system of health at work, a labour law that proposes some remedies but shakes up a sector that is very conservative and worried about its future, and an investor in e-health who is interested in the subject and therefore develops an innovative offer taking advantage of connected objects: our challenge was to successfully market this offer and its acceptability by all stakeholders in an unstable political context.
Thanks to a detailed analysis of stakeholders on the subject and the interests and weight of different regulatory and institutional bodies, we helped our client to build an alternative launch strategy by the simple creation of an occupational health service, and as a result, to adapt the marketing of its offer. We explored new fields of development, particularly through an approach of professional branches.
In the end, a new business plan was developed with the client. Translated into a business plan, it allowed the start-up to succeed in its first fundraising.

IoT or artificial intelligence, what to choose?
Strategic analyses for the choice of e-health projects to incubate
A project incubator in health gave us two opportunity studies, one on the interest of developing a connected object for the management of a chronic disorder manifest especially in children and adolescents, the other on the contribution of artificial intelligence in the exercise of a medical specialty.
We conducted this commando mission by relying on a comprehensive review of the available scientific literature and by mobilising several international experts from each field that we were able to interview, all in the middle of July!
Based on these studies, the client made the decision to pursue and deepen one of the tracks and abandoned the other less promising one.
